Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer

 

Mark A. Dixon is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of King Scope Investments LLC (KSI), where he directs corporate strategy, business operations, project management, government contracting, and energy solutions. A U.S. Army Officer with more than 11 years of military service and overseas operational experience, Mr. Dixon brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, operational planning, organizational management, and mission-critical decision-making in complex, high-pressure environments. Throughout these assignments, he has led personnel, resources, organizational readiness, and mission-critical requirements while coordinating across military organizations and federal, state, and local partners. His professional experience also includes supporting U.S. Department of Education federal student loan operations.

Mr. Dixon brings this operational and public-sector experience to KSI’s government and commercial projects, emphasizing disciplined planning, responsive communication, resource accountability, risk management, and measurable execution. He holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Ball State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Earlham College, and an Associate of Applied Science in Intelligence Operations Systems from Cochise College. His combination of government service, military leadership, analytical training, and executive experience provides KSI with a practical foundation for supporting government customers where accountability, compliance, coordination, and reliable execution are essential.
